Chicago Bears chairman George McCaskey met with reporters Wednesday at Halas Hall to discuss Monday’s arrest of defensive end Ray McDonald, who the Bears signed in March despite two other arrests in the last year. McDonald was quickly released by the team Monday afternoon.
